5:30 PM | Doors Open & Cocktail Hour
Check in, grab a drink, and catch up with friends! Enjoy complimentary champagne and appetizers from 5:30–6:00 PM, along with a solo set from Jakota Wass. Complimentary beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages will be available throughout the event, with premium cocktails available for purchase.
6:00–7:30 PM | Dinner & Silent Auction
Our dinner food stations will feature carved prime rib, vegetarian options, and Carano’s famous mushroom ravioli. While enjoying dinner, stop by the Cowboy Hat Bar and Western-themed photo booth.

7:00 PM | Formal Program, Live Auction & Fund-a-Need
Join emcees John Haines and Uncle E, alongside auctioneer Dale Johannes, for an evening celebrating our athletes and the future of Nevada Skiing. We’ll introduce the team, share program updates, and feature our Legacy of the Pack team video before the Live Auction and Fund-a-Need.
This year’s Live Auction features six incredible experiences, in the following order:
Train with the Pack — An exclusive early-load ski experience at Mt. Rose with the Nevada Ski Team.
Jakota Wass Concert Experience — Four concert tickets, Green Room photos, exclusive merchandise, and more.
Ruby Mountain Heli-Skiing — An unforgettable backcountry skiing experience for two.
Giant Slalom Statue by Douglas Van Howd — A bronze maquette inspired by the iconic GS Skier sculpture at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
Island Hop the British Virgin Islands — A private seven-day power catamaran charter for up to six, plus a $2,500 travel credit.
Secrets of Spain — A five-day getaway for two, featuring a boutique hotel stay and fine dining.
Our Fund-a-Need will give guests an opportunity to directly support the Nevada Ski Team and help strengthen the future of collegiate skiing in the Reno-Tahoe region.
8:00 PM | Jakota Wass & Band
Grab your boots and hit the dance floor! Local favorite Jakota Wass and his band will take the stage for a night of country-western music and dancing until 10:00 PM.
